I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Carl, the manager, sold us a brisket that we wanted to smoke. He prepped it for us. We spent New Year's Day smoking the brisket… After 12 hours we sat down to eat meat that was indescribably tender, juicy and succulent. We'll certainly do more of these — and they will all come from Meat on West! Thank you to Carl and his staff for their incredibly friendly service and quality products.
